You can fax your order 24 hours a day at (818) 955-8838. See our Manual Order Form, print it, fill it out and fax it to us or e-mail us your order. Please see Contact Us page. You can also mail your order at the address on the bottom of this page.

Shipping and Delivery
Prompt delivery we promise! Most orders in by 2:00PM (PST) ship the same day by UPS ground service. UPS and FEDEX priority delivery are available upon request for an extra charge. We charge actual shipping costs, which include insurance for full value of merchandise against loss or damage. The shipping charges are based on Cost/Value of purchased items. See our shipping & handling page for details. Most items will be received on average four to five days from order.

Sales Tax
We collect Sales Tax @ 8.25% from California State customers.

We accept:

• Money Orders, Cashier checks and certified checks in US currency.
• We can also accept personal checks but usually it delays your order, we cannot ship your order until funds are cleared through our bank.

Order Tracking
Please call our warehouse facility at (818) 955-8818 between 8:00AM-5:00PM (PST) to check the status of your order or to request tracking numbers of packages or for any questions. Please allow at least one day for our system to provide you with a tracking
Number after the package is shipped.

Return Policy
Most of our name brand products carry a standard one-year warranty against defects and we in addition will provide 30-day warranty for initially defective merchandise with the following terms and conditions:

• Exchange or replacement within 30 days for merchandise found initially defective on first hand use.
• You can return an item within 15 days for a refund or a credit to your credit card account. This applies only to the merchandise never used and in unopened original condition.
• Shipping charges are nonrefundable and customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the item.
• All returned merchandise must be in its original packing carton with all supporting accessories and instruction manuals.
• Exchanges, replacements, refunds are made only after we receive the returned merchandise.
• We cannot accept customer damaged or misused merchandise. For quicker service, please contact us immediately after finding a defect on the merchandise.
